• Individual counselling

Counselling is a collaborative process that offers a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with the support of a trained counsellor. It’s an opportunity to better understand yourself, work through challenges, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating to others. People come to counselling for many reasons to manage anxiety, stress, or grief; navigate life transitions; heal from trauma; or simply to gain clarity and direction. No matter the reason, counselling is not about giving advice or fixing problems for you, it’s about walking alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

At IRC&W, I believe that healing begins when you feel heard, seen, and supported. Counselling provides a foundation for emotional growth, inner strength, and meaningful change at your own pace, in your own way.

  • ICBC Counselling

As an ICBC-approved counsellor, I specialize in supporting individuals who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents and are navigating the physical, emotional, and psychological impacts of their experience. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where clients can begin to process trauma, manage pain, reduce anxiety, and rebuild their sense of safety and well-being.

I work collaboratively with clients to address common post-accident challenges such as PTSD, chronic pain, depression, driving anxiety, sleep disturbances, and stress. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities.

As part of the ICBC Recovery Program, I provide direct-billed counselling services for eligible clients with an active ICBC claim. No doctor’s referral is required for the first 12 pre-approved sessions within the first 12 weeks of the accident.

If you've been in an accident and are experiencing emotional or psychological challenges, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to support your healing process with compassion, professionalism, and respect.

  • Couples counselling

Couples counselling is a supportive and collaborative space where partners can explore their relationship dynamics, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. Whether you're facing ongoing conflict, struggling with disconnection, or simply want to strengthen your bond, couples counselling can help you reconnect with one another in a meaningful way.

Through guided conversations and evidence-based techniques, couples counselling encourages both partners to better understand each other’s needs, patterns, and perspectives. It’s not about taking sides or assigning blame; it’s about building mutual respect, emotional intimacy, and healthier ways of relating.

At IRC&W we provide a safe, neutral environment where couples can openly express themselves, resolve tension, and rebuild trust. Whether you're dating, married, or in a long-term partnership, couples counselling can support you in creating a more connected, resilient relationship.

  • Life coaching

Life coaching is a future-focused, collaborative process that helps you gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and create positive, lasting change in your life. Unlike counselling, which often focuses on healing from the past, life coaching is about unlocking your potential and moving forward with purpose. Whether you're navigating a transition, feeling stuck, or simply striving for personal growth, life coaching offers structured support and accountability. Through guided conversations, reflection, and actionable strategies, coaching empowers you to overcome internal blocks, tap into your strengths, and move confidently toward the life you want to live.

At IRC&W, life coaching is tailored to your unique goals, whether personal, professional, or relational, and grounded in a belief that you already hold the wisdom and resilience you need to thrive.
